Digitex-powered systems / supplied by Kinetic

Permanent Laboratory
Monitoring.

Vibration. Temperature. Humidity. One ongoing view of the environment.

Kinetic supplies and configures customer-owned monitoring for CMMs, microscopes and other sensitive equipment environments. Use Digitex Ultra Low Noise sensing alongside a selected temperature and relative-humidity probe to keep conditions in view after the site survey ends.

Start with the monitoring brief

Define the question.
Design the right record.

Start with the equipment, the location and the conditions that matter to its operation. We agree measurement points, quantities and evaluation criteria with your team and the available equipment requirements.

  1. 01Which equipment and locations need coverage?
  2. 02What vibration and environmental criteria apply?
  3. 03Which activities or operating cycles need to be captured?
  4. 04Who reviews a change and decides the next action?

What the system brings together

Measurements connected
to their purpose.

Use the available product range to build the measurement chain the application needs. Model, configuration and performance are confirmed in the proposal.

Low-level vibration

Three-axis measurement keeps directional response connected to its location. Sensor noise, bandwidth, mounting and the selected quantity must suit the environment and the equipment criteria.

Temperature & humidity

Record room temperature and relative humidity alongside vibration. Specify probe location, range, accuracy, calibration and time alignment as part of the installed system.

Locations & operating context

A single monitored point may answer a focused question. Additional synchronized locations can support comparisons across an equipment area or laboratory, with operating activity documented for interpretation.

Changes that lead to a response

Agree which measurements and durations should create a notification. A recipient, review responsibility and follow-up route connect the observation with a useful action.

Digitex low-noise sensing and acquisition

From observation to a practical next step

Connect today’s conditions
with the operating record.

A live reading answers what is happening now. A retained history helps your team return to an event, compare operating periods and investigate whether an environmental change coincided with an equipment concern.

A baseline with context

Use a site survey to document the starting conditions, measurement setup and applicable equipment requirements.

An ongoing record

Define collection intervals, retained event windows, access and export needs for the selected platform.

A repeatable follow-up

Compare conditions after equipment moves, nearby works or mitigation, using consistent locations and documented settings.

Foundation & site survey

Need to establish conditions before choosing an installed system? Start with a focused foundation or site survey.

Commissioning & continued operation

A clear handover.
Defined responsibility.

Kinetic supplies and configures the agreed customer-owned equipment, connects the measurement setup to its documentation and establishes the operating arrangement with your team.

Our delivery and support approach
Verify the installation
Instrument identity and calibration records, mounting and direction, probe placement, timing, data flow and configured notifications.
Agree the data and review plan
Access, collection and analysis intervals, retained records, alert criteria and recipients, and any Kinetic reporting or review services.
Maintain the measurement chain
Define inspection, calibration, updates and support. Digitex manufacturer maintenance arrangements are confirmed for the selected system.
