Beyond a single measurement campaign

Recognize change.
Keep the evidence.

A baseline study establishes a starting point. Permanent monitoring follows what happens next, across operating cycles, environmental changes and events.

01

Recognize change over time.

Build a repeatable record of response as traffic, activity, loading and environmental conditions change. Compare new observations with a documented baseline.

A history for comparison
02

Keep the event in context.

Configured triggers can preserve the measurements before and after an event, giving your team a record to investigate beyond a single peak value.

Evidence around the event
03

Bring the right people into view.

Authorized users can review measurements remotely, while configured notifications bring selected conditions to the attention of the responsible team.

Access and defined notification paths
04

Expand as the questions grow.

Begin with the required locations and add compatible sensors or measurement types as the monitoring objective develops.

A system matched to your scope

One connected measurement system

From the sensor
to the next decision.

Digitex combines instrumentation, acquisition and software. Kinetic shapes that architecture around the measurements and operating arrangement your team needs.

  1. 01

    Sense

    At the measurement point

Digitex Ultra Low Noise Vibration Sensors, with compatible environmental and structural sensing where required.

  2. 02

    Synchronize & record

    A common measurement timeline

Time-aligned channels feed a configured acquisition system, with continuous, scheduled or event-based recording.

  3. 03

    View & analyze

On site or through the web

Live signals, recorded events and analysis help your team understand the response. Optional modal tools extend the view.

  4. 04

    Notify & review

    A defined response

Agreed triggers and notification routes connect observations with inspection, investigation and engineering review.

Distributed sensing

Digitize measurements close to each sensor and bring networked locations into a common system. A modular arrangement suits structures with points spread across an asset or site.

Digitex distributed architecture

Central acquisition

Bring compatible sensor signals to a shared acquisition hub where wiring to one location is practical. Channel conditioning and timing are planned as part of the measurement chain.

Digitex centralized architecture
Beyond vibration

Add the context
the asset needs.

Compatible instrumentation can extend the system to temperature and humidity, weather, strain and load, displacement or tilt. We select and verify the required sensors and interfaces for the project.

Environmental integration

Digitex software. Kinetic expertise.

Monitoring, Analysis
& Reporting.

Kinetic combines Digitex sensing and software with a defined study or monitoring plan. View live measurements, investigate recorded events and compare response over time. For suitable structural applications, advanced analysis can examine natural frequencies, damping and three-dimensional mode shapes.

Voyager / Live & historical data

Live measurements.
Useful history.

Review live and recorded waveforms, frequency spectra and selected time windows in a browser-based workspace. On-site or cloud deployment and role-based access are configured around your team and the records it needs.

Recording & notifications

Capture the event.
Notify your team.

Use continuous rolling records, scheduled windows or configured triggers. Preserve measurements before and after an event, apply agreed thresholds and route configured notifications to the responsible team. Retention and response responsibilities are defined in your scope.

Review, exports & reporting

Clear results for
the next decision.

Vista supports recorded-data review, waveform and spectral analysis, and CSV or chart exports. Nexus receives and records live SeedLink streams. Voyager provides report generation; Kinetic defines the analysis and reporting deliverables for your project.

Designed for the realities of an installation

Plan for interruptions.
Keep system health in view.

Local buffering & recovery. With supported equipment and buffering enabled, data can be held during a temporary communication loss and forwarded after reconnection. Capacity depends on the selected hardware, channels and acquisition rate.

Power, communication & health. We plan the network and power arrangement, including appropriate backup options, and define how device status, synchronization, logs and data flow will be reviewed.

A defined software scope. Available features, optional analysis modules, licensing, hosting and data-retention arrangements are confirmed for your installation.

Optional advanced structural analysis

Digitex Observer supports analysis of natural frequencies, damping and mode shapes, including three-dimensional visualizations. The optional Voyager OMA module can automate selected scheduled or event-based analysis windows and compare results with a validated baseline.

Explore permanent structural & modal monitoring

The same expertise. An ongoing view.

From a single laboratory
to an instrumented structure.

Digitex technology supports our laboratory and structural solutions. Machine-health systems use specialized wired or wireless instrumentation selected for each application.

01 / Laboratories & sensitive environments

Protect the conditions precision depends on.

Keep vibration, temperature and relative humidity in view around CMMs, microscopes and other sensitive equipment. A permanent system helps your team relate environmental changes to equipment use and site activity.

  • Three-axis vibration sensing and a temperature / humidity probe
  • Time-aligned histories and comparison with agreed limits
  • Live visibility and configured notifications for your team

02 / Bridges, buildings & infrastructure

Follow structural response over the long term.

Extend a baseline study into an installed monitoring network. Track response to traffic, operating activity, environmental conditions and defined events, with sensor locations and analysis selected for the structure.

  • Single-asset or multi-sensor monitoring arrangements
  • Response histories, event records and environmental context
  • Agreed alert criteria, recipients and review responsibilities

03 / Machine health & predictive maintenance

See developing changes before the next inspection.

Keep condition measurements connected to pumps, fans, compressors and other rotating assets. Kinetic selects wired or wireless acquisition to suit the machine, measurement objective and site conditions.

  • Waveform, FFT and condition-trend tools where configured
  • Scheduled or triggered acquisition matched to the application
  • Configured alerts to support maintenance investigation

Kinetic’s part in the complete solution

Assess. Design. Install.
Keep conditions in view.

We connect your site objective with Digitex’s product resources and in-house knowledge, then define the equipment, configuration, handover and support for your installation.

  1. 01

    Assess

Define the asset, the decision, the environment and the need for a baseline study.

  2. 02

    Design

Select sensors, locations, acquisition, power, connectivity and the data platform.

  3. 03

    Supply & configure

Supply the agreed customer-owned equipment and configure channels, access and alerts.

  4. 04

    Commission

Verify the installed setup, data flow and configured notifications; document the handover.

Explore our delivery approach

Your system. A defined scope.

Equipment, data
and responsibility.

You purchase the agreed equipment. We define the complete arrangement with your team, including any software subscriptions, ongoing review and support.

A baseline study can establish the starting conditions and help define meaningful monitoring criteria.

Start with a study
Instrumentation & commissioning
Sensor selection, mounting, calibration documentation, acquisition settings and a documented operating handover.
Access, history & alerts
Data access, storage and retention, update rates, alert thresholds and recipients agreed for the selected platform.
Support & review
Training, maintenance, calibration intervals, Kinetic analysis and response responsibilities defined in the proposal.

Confidence through the system’s life

Calibration, maintenance
and a documented record.

Digitex states that its products are tested and calibrated before delivery and that sensors are supplied with calibration certificates and international traceability.

Connect the certificate to the installation.

We document the selected instrument identity, calibration evidence, mounting, direction and acquisition settings. Calibration scope and the complete measurement chain must support the results being reported.

Our calibration & traceability approach

Plan beyond commissioning.

Digitex offers maintenance programs covering inspection, updates and support. We agree the applicable manufacturer arrangements, Kinetic services, checks and recalibration needs for your installed system.

Digitex calibration & maintenance information

Make a notification useful

Agree the trigger.
Name the next action.

Supported configurations can provide email, SMS or local alarm outputs. We define the criterion, recipients, escalation and review responsibility with your team, so an alert has an agreed purpose and response.
